Pope Scolds Al Qaeda

Much to my surprise, I did find an AP wire story that suggests the Pope was not only talking about Abu Ghraib:

In an indirect reference to U.S. troops' abuse of Iraqi prisoners and grave events, such as the decapitation of American Nicholas Berg, the pope said, 'In the past few weeks, other deplorable events have come to light which have troubled the civic and religious conscience of all.'

So, why do all the news headlines say, 'Scolds Bush', but none say, 'Scolds Al Qaeda'?"
