NONSENSICAL ARGUMENT

From the Kerry Spot on National Review Online:

Edwards, last night on '60 Minutes': 'It is not the job of the president of the United States to decide what the religion of America is or what the religion of the world should be.'

How, pray tell, has President Bush 'decided what the religion of America is' or 'decided what the religion of the world should be'? His faith-based initiatives? A soup kitchen run by a church gets a federal check, and suddenly that's mandating mandatory religion for all citizens?
