I agree with Scalia, abortion & assisted suicides are too important to leave to the highest court in the land, just as was abolition. We should let local law enforcement agencies decide if we can kill embryos or the permanently sick. Better yet, let's go even MORE local by assigning a neighborhood *team* leader who will make that decision. The high courts should be left alone to decide less significant issues, like whether chewing gum should be hard or soft.
